CNC Rigid Foam Cutting Machine is a professional one which is produced on
the basis of the need of rigid foam manufacturers at home and abroad. It combines
with two parts: the mechanical component and the digital control component. F
The operator draws graphics with the digital control part first and then operates
the mechanical part to cut the foam block. The machine has high precision
when cutting the block into regular shapes, but also is outstanding is making
irregular shapes. It is suitable for cutting sponge blocks, PU blocks, and phenolic
foam blocks of different density.

The machine is adopting dynamic cutting wire tension adjusting device, which helps
to extend the life of cutting wire and ensures the smoothness of the cutting surface
of the foam block. The machine is with dust arrester installation and using
ball screw drive which is of high speed and accurate control.
