Phenolic / Polyurethane Foam Pre-insulated air duct system consists of Duct panels and accessories. The panels consist of Phenolic / Polyurethane foam insulation faced on both sides with 75 micron thickness aluminum foil. They are fabricated into ductwork by a set of tools supplied by us.

Advantages compared to traditional insulated Sheet Metal Ductwork:

Further, we have successfully developed the reinforced type pre-insulated air duct which is outside faced with 0.21mm thickness Sheet Metal(Galvanized Iron) / Aluminum Foil and inside faced with 75u thickness Aluminum Foil. While retaining the advantage of normal type pre-insulated air duct, this reinforced type is much more strong and endurable.
